Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Proven track record of managing media relations and PR campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to craft clear and concise press releases, speeches, and newsletters.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- A good understanding of the media landscape and how to engage with media personnel effectively.
- Experience with PR tools and software, such as Cision, Meltwater, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with various departments.
- Creativity and an eye for identifying newsworthy stories that align with the company’s objectives.
